Return Policy as of April 2017:

Governing returns, exchanges, and replacements of items purchased at www.antonkuerti.com online store.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item (CD and/or DVD) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges of any of our CD’s and/or DVD will only be made if there is determined to be a verifiable manufacturers defect in the recording and/or packaging.

We will not exchange nor refund due to perceived quality issues of the discs, the liner notes, the packaging or items which are fully explained either on the exterior of the packaging and/or from within.

PLEASE NOTE that the DVD is NTSC All Regions format and therefore designed to be playable on most current devices around the world. We will not refund DVD purchases due to incorrect formatting selection, as we post detailed product information on www.antonkuerti.com for review prior to purchase. We will however assist the purchaser in certain circumstances by providing a DVD disc in PAL format, without any of the original DVD packaging, to help mitigate difficulties. Beyond that, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for using an adequate media player that supports playing currently produced content.

We will replace CD and/or DVD discs if they have been damaged and rendered unplayable due to postal handling. We request a photo of the damaged item as verification prior to issuance of a replacement item. We will not replace damaged packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

To complete any of the above requests, we will first verify proof of purchase from www.antonkuerti.com/store. We will then advise where and how to return your item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used for original payment within 3 business days. Please allow that refund processing through your provider may take several more days to appear on your account.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
